• 葡萄园采用天然草再生技术，只使用有机和 矿物肥料，不添加使用任何化学制品或除草 剂。
• 农场占地5公顷，其中有4公顷是葡萄园， 平均年产量2万到2.5万瓶葡萄酒
• 葡萄酒未经过任何为微过滤和热稳定工序；
• 在法国橡木桶内进行酿造；
• 如果有需要的话，在出售之前，需要在瓶内 再发酵一段时间
